Data controller

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, Kodentek acts as data controller for Stilify. Personal data may be processed for account creation, wardrobe management, virtual try-on flows, notifications, payment verification, and community features.

Personal data collected through Stilify may be processed by Stilify — limited to the following purposes and within a contractual relationship in connection with providing and improving Stilify's services: tracking user activity for marketing and analytics, planning and executing customized user satisfaction activities, improving user experience, profiling, creating personalized user experiences and promotional recommendations, and customizing/presenting Stilify's products, website, and mobile application to users based on their preferences, usage habits, and needs. In this context, your personal data may also be processed by Kodentek in its capacity as both application owner and application developer.

Categories of processed data

• Identity and contact data such as full name, email address, and profile image.
• Visual content such as wardrobe uploads, virtual try-on photos, and shared posts.
• Usage and transaction data such as token activity, device information, app version, and interaction records.
• Location data where permission is granted and related features are actively used.

Processing purposes and legal basis

Personal data may be processed to perform service contracts, meet legal obligations, secure the app, respond to support requests, and run optional advertising or notification flows where consent is required.

On iOS, advertising personalization and identifier-based tracking are also subject to App Tracking Transparency permissions.

Transfers and retention

Data may be processed with infrastructure providers and service partners only where necessary to operate the service, including notifications, analytics, advertising tools, and technical systems for authentication and platform functionality.

When account deletion is completed, personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized unless legal retention obligations apply.

AI Services

Stilify uses Google Gemini API for AI-powered features such as outfit recommendations, virtual try-on, and clothing detection. Images and data processed through this service are subject to Google's privacy policy. Data transferred to the Gemini API is processed solely for service delivery and is not sold to third parties.
